West Devon Borough CouncilWest Devon is made up of 22 Wards and 55 Parishes.
Out of the Town Council's, North Tawton has a chairman. The rest actually have a Mayor adopting a similar role to the Borough Mayor (therefore there are four Mayors in West Devon!)
